Exchanges and Refunds

In the unlikely event that you need to send an item back, they must be returned in the same condition they were sent out in. Refunds will ONLY be given when the item has been returned (so we can check the condition of the item) Please note, you will have to pay the return postage and the refund will only be given for the item not postage. Refunds CANNOT be given for personalised items OR sale items, eg Tenner Tuesday’s, Fiver Friday’s.
