In the unlikely event that you need to send an item back, they must be returned in the same condition they were sent out in.
Refunds will ONLY be given when the item has been returned (so we can check the condition of the item). Any items that do not return in a re-saleable condition or outside the 28 days will be returned to the buyer.
Please note, we do NOT currently offer free returns, therefore you will have to pay the return delivery postage. It is in the buyers responsibility until it has safely returned to OSM HQ. Therefore we recommend sending it Royal Mail Second Class Signed for.
ALL REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE MADE VIA EMAIL – firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the item being delivered to you. We will then instruct you on how to return your item. All returns MUST be received within 28 days of receipt.
Refunds CANNOT be given for personalised items OR sale items, eg Tenner Tuesday’s, Fiver Friday’s.
